Please help!! My phone is driving me crackers! Am trying to transfer music files onto my phone, have uploaded the software, DISK2PHONE, to my computer, but when I go to add a track to the transfer list, a warning comes up saying 'no usuable music found'. I have contacted Sony, who were not helpful at all, and read my user guides and Im non the wiser.

Most of my files are MP3, and although I have some WMA, the software states that it will convert these to MP3 anyway.

I then thought the problem might be with the disk that came with it, so I deleted the programme, and downloaded it from Sonys website instead, still the same problem.

If anyone can help, I would really appreciate it, as Im getting to point of launching my phone and laptop through my kitchen window. Thankyou, Gemma x
