Printer Problem

I have an Epson XP-40 Printer and for some reason it wants to print 99 copies every time. This problem has only just arrived. Any advice anybody. I have been in contact with Epsom who have referred me to the manual. Which I have not got

Go into your settings in Windows. Look in Devices and choose printer. Click on the printer and choose Manage. Choose printing Properties. Change the number of copies box to 1.
