it is her first - I've just got one too but hope to have another in the next year or so!!.......my sister's is a bit special, she had cysts on her ovaries a few years ago - they removed a 13lb one and had to take part of an ovary and fallopian tube out too - she was told she only had around a 3% chance of concieving naturally - she took 12 pregnancy tests before she really believed she was pregnant!!

oh wow that's brilliant news for her then, god I bet she's so excited. My present wife is my second wife and she'd already got her son Harry when we got married and we had Sha quickly, then there was a huge catalogue of disaster with lots of miscarriages and finally an ectopic pregnancy which was awful then quite out fo the blue she announced she was pregnant and we had Rivka ( Ciaran who is 4 is not mine but the son of an ex girlfriend of mine who died last year which is how we come to have him, he's not my wife's) so we had this biggish gap between Sha and little un.It's amazing how having sections of fallopian tubes etc removed really affected her and I'm sure your sister the same so that's brilliant news, I'm so glad for her.
