Doro Phone

Sista got new phone Doro - guy in shop transferred her old numbers (Sim) to the new phone - but when for instance she rings me - her number is not coming on mty caller display

it is something like "private" - she wants her number coming up thanks

We'll need to know the model number of her phone to be sure of providing you with the correct instructions but, basically, what she needs to do is to enable 'Send ID'.

Try going into 'Settings' (as before), then selecting 'Sound', followed by 'Alert Type' in order to enable the 'vibrate' feature.

thanks Chris - you made it so easy but one wee last thing - is there a way for her to her text messages easily. She can't do text but knew how to read them on her last phone.

I did look at the link but couldn't see anything.

Got it Chris - footered with and I had blocked messages OFF so now it is ok. Thanks for your help today.
