Tuesday. Another sunny day is here. We were promised so me rain yesterday, we got about two drops!

Some running around to do today, some farms to visit for eggs, veg etc. Two of them will insist I stop for a cuppa. That'll take up most of the day. It's a hard life init! :o}

I got a load of paperwork from the hospice re the skydive. I'll be trawling though that today.

Hi Minty. We organised a conference in Chester for delegates from various European countries. Timed it so there was an evening race meeting at the lovely course and arranged a TV in the marquee as Engand were playing Germany in the European cup. Not so good was the result and having to share a table with the German delegates.

Returned several years later with OH as had no time to explore the city.

We walked the wall surrounding the city yesterday and came past the racecourse, preparing for a big meet this weekend, all the hospitality up..

Morning all, a tad grey and threatening the wet stuff at the moment.

enjoy the hotel, minty, my last decent break at snooker was in there to the right of the reception hall - at 1 in the morning, a 74 and including one blue using a mate's mouth as the bridge.
