The NHS needs root and branch re-structure, fact.
Will it happen? NO. Why? Too many people in positions to get lots of dosh for very little effort. Jobs created for none existent posts. Golden handshakes, then re-employed in different dept. Like a tick on a dogs back, very hard to remove.

And failing first to understand the difference between net and gross in the Johnson video, then foolishly claiming it's being swopped to suit. It's not. Gross figures are used where appropriate, net when that's being discussed. Seems both she and that Morgan character who likes to interrupt, need to go back to school. Charm school at least.
