Just Wondered

I have been having great difficulty in getting through to a site - every time I log in with my email address and password - this site is immediately jumping to like an ERROR.
I have contacted said company and they haven't a clue about how to rectify it. This has been going on for a week or so.
Is there anyway I can completely delete myself off (if you get what I mean) and start afresh.
I have suggested this to company but they say my original email and password will always come up (but still it jumps to this ERROR) -
They (company) asked for a screen shot of the ERROR page and when i do - words came up at the ERROR page - you can't get a screen shot here.

You can register again with the site but you'd probably need a separate email address to do so. (Most email providers allow you to set up several 'aliases', with mail to a secondary address going into your regular inbox).
You've not said how you're trying to get a screen shot. The easiest way is to use the Snipping Tool. When you see the error page, click on the Start button, then on All Programs, followed by Accessories and then Snipping Tool. Use your mouse to drag a rectangle around part (or all) of the page. A new window will open, showing what you've just captured. Click on File > Save As and save the file to any convenient location (such as to your Desktop or your Documents folder). Then attach that file to an email to the company.

Sorry Chris for my stupidity. I am on an old computer - with an old keyboard. I have on the left of the keyboard
Control - then like 4 flags - Alt - when I hit the 4 flaggy things - that leads me into APPS - which I never use. I just stay on the old Windows 7 - I'm sure that confuses you even more - sorry.

Well followed your post Crap - and I was able to remove the offending site. However when I logged in again asking for new password - again it immediately jumped to the ERROR page.
However I was able to screenshot the page this time and was able to send it to the company via email.
Well done Crap.
And thanks to all others who helped.
Now I am just awaiting to see if the company/site can help me any more. I certainly have done my share.
thanks all
