Sorry - a bit thick here I know but here goes - would like to buy hubby a digital camera for his birthday. Can I get anything remotely decent for under 150? and if so - can you recommend any makes to me - we wouldn't be doing anything special with it other than holiday snaps and piccies for ebay etc. Cheers. sorry should have added - we don't want anything too technical or difficult to learn either. Cheers
i got a samsung A6 its a good camara with 6 megapixels and a LCD screen at the back it costs around 150 i took it to spain and came out with some good piccies on the computer but you may need to get a memory card for it as its only got a 32mb internal memory.

some places might do bundles with an extra memory card or go on http://www.mobymemory.com/ for good priced cards

or get an upgrade of it i think there is an A8 not sure tho and it might cost a bit more

I have the Samsung A7 from Argos page 417..MY brain bit slow on the pick up but this one so easy and simple to work.I believe it has been reduced again about 130.You must buy good batteries as most digital cameras drain batteries. I use the Uniross 2500 mah around 25 complete with charger.
i have recently bought a Samsung L6 from Currys, 6 megapixels easy to use and it has a rechargable battery pack, but again you might have to buy a memory card as the internal memory only has 32 meg, 149.00
