I didn't realize how difficult this could be I, only wish for someone to explain how to do this please. I have numbers from 1-9 that represent various Letters so to begin with i have input these letters in the grid accordingly but, need to understand the method for a Killer Sudoku as unlike any other sudoku some letters are repeated in the same grid.

I thank you now for any help to solve this xx

I don't understand Sudoku, but I thought that this might give you a start:

Killer is different. The sum of the digits in designated areas must equal the figures shown as well. Never tried it myself.
I don't know about ones which have letters but the ones I have done have dotted grids with the total at the top. Thus if you have a dotted grid of two boxes with the total 17 you know that the numbers must be 9,8 although that doesn't give you the order, you need further clues. Similarly with a total of 16, the numbers must be 9.7, and if 3 then they must be 1,2. If you have a 3 - box dotted grid the numbers must be 7,8 and 9, and so on. I actually find these quite easy to do.
Remember that a block of 9(3 x 3) always adds up to 45, similarly for a complete row or column
Should have said a 3-box dotted grid totalling 24.
Roslyn's advice is the key to solving any Sudoku.
For those of a mathematical bent the sum of every box, row or column is Σ9.
