Would wiping them with cold water do any good?
Spray them with a hose pipe?
I’d call the supplier and tell them to come and fixtures as I spent a lot of money on windows and doors and there’s no way on earth they should be doing that.
If you mean right now then use ice cubes and when the plastic has shrunken use kitchen oil to lube it back in.

Complain tomorrow to the manufacturer.
If you think it's binding on the bottom edge .. physically get hold of both inner and outer handles and lift the door round into place.
As it is a new door you may need to adjust the hinges slightly through these high temperatures. Really speaking this is a job for someone who understands upvc doors. You can do it yourself but you may run into trouble as the lock may jam if the adjustment is not done precisely.

Failing that .. get a bottle of chilled Pinot .. drink it slowly as you wait for the temperature to drop this evening. There is more chance of lifting it back into place once it's cooler.
.. you will need an ice cube as big as the one that sank the Titanic !

What are you going to do? I would be frantic if I couldn't close a door.
