She was asking people not to vote for MPs who supported Israel. I don't share her obvious distaste for The Jewish Chronicle - which has always seemed a fairly good paper to me - but there's no doubt that it has a very strongly pro-Israel editorial line. So although her suggestion is a bit sweeping it doesn't strike me as racist.
There are some shocking examples of antisemitism in Labour (e.g. racial abuse and holocaust denial) but I don't agree that this is one of them.
