Does anyone know how much is in? I'm trying to cut down on caffeine, at the moment I only drink black coffee, no sugar/sweetners and have around 5-7 cups on an average day.

Also is there (&how much) caffeine in diet coke?

Thanks

Clipper green tea is deaf, so have that.

Please don't drink diet coke.
bucks sake. I meant decaf.
Sorry about that, I was on my phone.

Right. Yes, as above get Clipper Green Tea which is decaf. It's the nicest green tea I have had yet.

With regards to the Diet Coke, don't bother drinking drinking that just to cut out caffiene. It's full of all sorts of nasties, you'll be doing yourself more harm than good.

If you really must drink cola, then drink the 'full fat' version. It's all horrible, in my opinion, but stay well away from the diet drinks.

I once had a really nice can of 'organic' coke. Think it was called something like whole earth? I'm not really a big fizzy drink lover (too much acid for me) but this was really nice.

Ha thanks Madmen. Do you know if it would be healthier to drink green tea as opposed to decaff coffee? I've not actually tried the latter, but someone told me green tea aids weight loss?
"Do you know if it would be healthier to drink green tea as opposed to decaff coffee?"

I would as decaf coffee is an abomination!

"I've not actually tried the latter, but someone told me green tea aids weight loss?"

I think it's just a way to stay hydrated, which can aid weight loss.
Herbal (mint, nettle, fennel, ginger) and fruit teas are all decaf-and some are quite refreshing. In the summer you could make a big jug of cranberry/raspberry tea and add it to sparkling water...very nice.

Oh that sounds lovely pasta, I'll definitely give that a whirl
Peppermint tea is lovely cold. Make a jug of it and mix in some fresh mint leaves.
I often drink camomile cold too... though that's not as refreshing.

No, there is no caffeine in green tea. If you want to cut those extra inches around your tummy, switching to green tea could be a simpler way. A new study shows that green tea extract increases the rate of calorie burning by the body. It reduces blood fat, cholesterol, bloated detoxifies the body and suppresses untimely food cravings. In my opinion you should not take diet cock. It may be injurious to your health. For a healthy soup, salads and snacks you can try out sheffafoods
Green Tea can have just as much (or even more) caffeine as Black tea. There are so many factors to be taken into consideration.

Yes, there is a little bit amount of caffeine in diet coke but cannot harm a person anyway. Drinking coffee thrice a day provides a lot of stamina to a person but not more than that.
