how can we sleep in this weather ?

anyone got any good advice for getting a decent nights sleep in this weather - not that i am complaining !

Yes I too leave a fan on all nite,but before I go up the wooden hill I have some ice cold dry white wine !!
WORKS FOR ME !!
I am going to try the crushed ice in hot water bottle idea tonite aswell.
