How Do I Get Rid Of The Very Annoying “Privacy Settings” Bar?

please tell me how to get rid of the Privacy settings bar. It is SO annoying.

The Privacy Settings button is part of what we are doing to comply with the new data protection regulations. We are able to remove it from the website but we won't be doing that because we want to be compliant. We did move it from the right hand corner to the left, so we do have control over it, and we are listening to your concerns.

bainbrig, out of interest, what device are you using to access AB?

Or the other option OG is allow others to comply on your behalf.
Advertising companies comes to mind.

Yes I do have an adblocker installed.
One or two ads I'd accept but when the least is six and the most (so far) is thirty two I wonder just how slow this site would become for some people.

I don't have the privacy settings on Firefox but if I go onto Internet Explorer and google chrome - I would get it.

I'm sorry but it's a wee blue notice, hardly noticeable. Big fuss about nothing imo.

@anneasquith.......It is as you say.." a wee blue notice " and I can ignore it on my Dektop PC with a 20inch Monitor. However, folk who are on Mobiles or small screen Laptops are likely to find it a nuisance.

I can't see why people have such a problem with it . It's just a small
( 25mm x 3mm) blue box in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. I just ignore it. I can't see why some find it annoying.

Don't think that any extensions will help you to get rid off privacy settings bars. All websites have it after some rules had changed and it appears every time you enter the website.
