Leftovers for me tonight. My tummy has been rather unsettled today, and I can't be bothered cooking from scratch. So it's leftover spicey chicken mini fillets, leftover roast veg, and maybe some avocado.

The only Marigold which is essential in our kitchen that I am ordered to use are the rubber gloves for the washing up. Don't mind washing up but I am major cook in our domain. No men aren't all the same. :-)

AL you must be using the wrong quorn mince, my chilli wasn’t a bit soggy. I wouldn’t use it to make ragu but do use it in cottage pie, never found it to be soggy.
