I'm completely stuck!
I have all the answers (all down ones are random non-words) But how do I make "real words or phrases throughout"? I've seen someone say the quote is in a diagonal & from Dr. Who (I don't like Dr Who so that doesn't help me!)
Please could someone tell me what to do next as a Birthday pressy (grovel!)

Have you got the top line?
if so then you need an anagram of it (7-4)
Then all the across answers need to be anagrammed, thus changing the downs too (any unchecked letters in the downs stay the same)

The quote appears after you have completely changed the grid
