I just think we need to be more emphatic and understanding when we read peoples threads. Baldric has had a tough time recently so AB should be a place he can unwind rather than get nagged for a perception. My perception of baldrics request was different from yours Ummm so maybe we're both wrong x

As hard as it is losing a much loved dog ( fellow Lab owner)I am think more of jordy's wife whose condition deteriorated in Crete which also hastened a premature return.

The wifes condition was the reason for the early departure. He discovered about his dog when he got home. If i was looking after my parents pet, i'd not ruin their holiday with the news. A sad time for Jordy, it's nice we're all here for him IF he wishes / needs it.

My son informed us, whilst on holiday in Thesalonika, four years ago my mother had died. At her age and jordy's dog age it didn't come as a shock.Nothing could be done re arrangements for my mum so we carried on. If my wife had been taken ill in Greece that would be a casevac.No question about it.

Jordy, I am so sorry to read of this. He was a lovely looking dog and I am glad you both had him for such a happy life together. Take care of each other.
