Facebook, Comments On An Article

I'm reading a news article on a newspaper's facebook page, which has 50 or more comments. On both my ipad and my iphone, I see the first dozen comments but the View more Comments option doesn't respond.

I've searched online and this seems to be a common problem, but I cant find a work around that I can follow. Any ideas? The comments and public reaction to the article is what I'm interested in.

sometimes because of the volume of responses a selection is shown..if you go onto the 3 dots top right of post it should give you alternative filters to select

Just report, save, hide or snooze behind the three dots.

it may be facebook throwing a wobbly....comments and notifications have been really unreliable lately.

It is odd Minty, and not a new problem really. I've noticed it before but rarely bothered about the comments enough to consider finding a solution.

It's probably something to do with the way that Safari interacts with Facebook content. I suspect that if you try a different browser, such as Dolphin, the problem will disappear.

Oh what a shame, I downloaded Dolphin and it made no difference. Thats for the suggestion though. Any otherideas?

It may be you’re stuck on the number 12 for some reason. Another possibility might be that often not all comments are visible anyway. For various complicated reasons.
