Printing problem

hello. just wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction here. I have received via email a copy of my family tree but when I print it, it only prints part of it as its quite wide. I have tried to change the settings on my printer but got it all wrong!!! anybody know how I can go about getting it printed correctly - your advice would certainly be appreciated. many thanks x

Fraid I can't help with the settings you've already changed, but if you can get back to the default ones, have you tried printing it in landscape instead of portrait?
