Good Morning Early Birds!

Monday. It's stopped raining...again...for is anyone's guess.

I had a grand day yesterday. The RAFA lunch was excellent. I met some new friends who want to keep in touch. I won five prizes in the raffle. We usually say to draw it again after two wins, but as I kept the bottle of wine and was passing the others round the table, (10 people on each table) I was allowed to carry on, everyone on our table went home with something. Somehow the bottle of wine evaporated when I got home. ;o}

My friends from Gloucester were waiting when I got back, to take me to the hospice for the Light up a Life event. The names of over three hundred loved ones were showing in rotation on the screen. A very emotional, but lovely, evening.

What today holds I have no idea, I'll find out in good time. I've got lots of cards to write, so that's some of it taken up.
