well the drug dealer was finally found out. Too many porkies in the plan and website. Still he did well to get to the last five but in the end his true character surfaced. So it's nut milk v swimwear in the final!

Nutmilk will win I think...having said that I have predicted wrongly most of this series. Daniel...nasty bit of work IMO. The two girls seem very nice though so good luck to them...didn't he take on 2 candidates once or is my brain not working properly?!

I fail to understand why candidates with viable business plans aren't selected in the first place. Why wait until the end and then say that someone wasn't selected for the final just because of their business plan? It doesn't make sense.

Sugar was never going to be associated with the hangover cure was he? Cant see him getting involved with bikinis either.

I always thought he was more interested in the nut milk, as shes messed up quite a few times and he's had the opportunity to get rid of her but didn't.

yes ellie, I agree, I think the problem is though that sometimes the business plan my be ok but the person is a complete eejit and get weeded out by the process. Perhaps a better way would be to only select those with a viable business plan and some idea at the start, there must be thousands of applicants.

...not withstanding the above, the primary function is to produce a TV show of course and having some plonkers with nonviable plans is part of that.

In most years the winner or a finalist have been fairly easy to spot as the series has gone along.However,this year, to predict the finalists has been more difficult,to me there has not been a stand out candidate this series.

I believe that they have to submit a business plan when they apply so there will be an element of selection by plan before it starts, after that, or even before that, it'll be who looks good on the TV and can make an entertaining programme by being utterly useless. There was a design task for something or other one week and a friend gave it to her Year 6 as a craft afternoon project, their results were far better!

I would like to see him have ordenery people from secondary schools, the ones he has can't even wash cars o make up vidios, I could do better than most of them, and I'm 83.
