I agree with pastafreak - I find the sound quality on Silent Witness very poor. Even the older episodes that are shown on the Drama channel are muffled and difficult to make out, especially as I am hard of hearing anyway. Thank goodness for subtitles. The new series began ok for me on Monday night, but Tuesday night's episode left me confused and irritated and...

I understood the first part somewhat Jordy, but the 2nd part last night, blew my brains out.
People alive and dead, (no idea who they were) came into it, and some of the forensic test they did, of how they died etc, was a bit OTT.
And another thing, forensic people, don't get involved with the detective side, chasing, fighting villains etc.

I haven't watched this for quite sometime and I miss all the old cast, but hey-ho time moves on. I see it is following suit with most other BBC dramas in bringing to our attention LGBTetc issues, I did enjoy it though.
Like some others on here I have to use subtitles now and found it quite amusing when they showed a man, cross dresser, alone in a cell crying and the subtitle was "she sobs." I wonder how long they were pondering over that one.
