Need help with 42 across: Leading event in series welcoming Lord's drill formation (9, 2 words) O?E?OR?ER.
Now (amazingly!) I've got the 21 extra letters, which make no sense! The down shaded area I just need the fourth letter (here we go again!) but this makes no sense to me!
Mind you it's only Sunday and after last weeks failure (despite lots of help from you lovely people) I'm doing well considering my old (as opposed to little) grey cells.
No crosswords tomorrow going to see "Les Mis" which has been on my bucket list for eons.
