I tend to go for a vegetable chow mein, which isn't too bad. Sweet and Sour balls are VERY bad!!
boiled rice is probably the healthiest, followed by vegetables stit fried
Nothing's brilliant but boiled rice and a chicken dish are what I would go for
Steamed dim sum, steamed sea bass, baked crab in ginger & garlic sauce...

Peking / Crispy Aromatic Duck probably isn't too bad - duck's quite a fatty meat, but the roasting would render off most of it.
