..... for a long time.
Just home from an appointment with the Surgery Nurse, walked in, sat down and was told "Mr H I have arranged for one of the Doctors to come and see you" immediate thought was this is not good,
However it turned out to be brilliant. I was diagnosed as a Type 2 Diabetic in early 2010, since then I have been very careful with my diet and have made sure I have done a lot of exercise, dog walking, weight training and other things.
As of today I am no longer classified as a Diabetic and can stop the Meds and stick 'em in the bin,
I am really chuffed to bits ;o)))

Well done

Would you mind telling what type of diet did you employ - what do / what don't you eat ?
bazile...excuse me for stepping in here for Baldric, but he has summed it up quite well.

"with my diet and have made sure I have done a lot of exercise, dog walking, weight training and other things. "
That is the secret. As for diet, this is a very personal thing which differs from patient to patient but basically just keep on with your normal diet BUT eat less of it.
Rightho sqad - thanks

It gets a bit confusing nowadays. with folk being told to cut this out and cut that out , avoid this , avoid that ....
LOL...I know Bazile.
Congratulations!
Well done Baldric.
