I did my elbow a few years ago, it is now wired and pinned. I was lucky and have got all movement back. I just have to be careful and not knock it(ouch.)

How did u do that? I did similar when I slipped on wet smkt floor. It takes ages to heal & has dull ache. My arm was in a sling for a month. hope you heal soon, take care.
