In fact it's hard to find anyone who praises him even in his own party.
Alan Johnson, a Labour man whom even I admire, calls him 'Labour's Lenin' and says the party is now being led by the Islington correspondent of the Morning Star, Jess Phillips points out "that for all his supposed activism, I've never seen him do anything other than talk.
His first wife said that in all the years they were married she'd never seen him read a book and this is someone who could become P.M. ! Which only shows to what depths British politics has sunk.

//so what do abers think of his speech//
Well, it's just another of his speeches which is all he has ever done. Alan Johnson says; (see above) "He's yet to be seen on a Bill committee, engaged in the hand-to-hand combat of scrutiny or trying to make laws through private Members Bills.
In 20 years in parliament I never saw his Campaign Group colleague Dennis Skinner do anything but ask the occasional question at PMQs.
This little clique were independent MPs long before Chuka Umna et al followed suit.
Now they are running the party masquerading as traditional Labour people; in reality they are nothing of the kind .... and the noble history of a great political party is being turned on its head".
