Fao Buenchico Update.

Hi Chris. Sometime ago I asked your opinion on Canon all in one printers. You advised TS5050. I bought a TS5150 obviously by mistake. I can't take back as it has been sitting in the box for months as I did not know how to install. Anyways I got it out yesterday and realised there were only two cartridges. I'm a little upset as that was the purpose of getting the one you mentioned. Oh well call it a senior moment. It's takes 540 so and 540. This is an update. What are your thoughts ?

I hated having to suggest that you should get rid of a brand new printer. I suspect that you weren't too pleased with the idea either. However a quick look at the sums might make things seem a bit better.
Based upon the figures in my earlier post, you'll now save around thirty quid every time you replace your inks. If you're only a light user that might, say, be around once every two months, so that's a saving of £180 per year. A new printer should last for at least 6 years, so that's over £1000 saved by ditching the expensive-to-run printer and forking out fifty quid for a cheap-to-run one.
Just think what you can do with all that money you've just saved yourself!
