thanks pandabear. He has finished now and is doing or rather trying Azed 1784 Sunday Times 4184 and Mephisto 2397.
We are both having a go at these - he is the cleaver one but his brain is not in gear at the moment!!

Sorry I missed your post, elderly, I was waiting for a notice in my inbox against the original post. I concur with the answers the others gave - they've both helped me in the past.

Thank you ALL for you kind wishes for my husband. He has Emphysima and is getting over a bad chest infection, second lot of antibiotics so I hope he improves soon. He spends most of his days doing xwords as he is unable to get out BUT he doesn't use the computer only me!!!
