I am looking for a blender to make smoothies, but I'm also looking for something which kneads dough (to make pizza bases).
Can a blender knead dough, or do I need to buy a food processor which kneads dough and blends to make smoothies? I don't want to buy separate appliances.

Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks in advance

I have an 'all in one' kind of thing, where you can remove the blender and add the food processor attachment. No problems and it's done the job well so far.

However, I have just invested in a rather lovely bread maker, which I now use to make my pizza dough, and I can't recommend them highly enough.

My food processor/blender is just your bog standard one, nothing fancy, but I use it for smoothies every single morning, and soups..

If you ever do need separate appliances then Tescos do an excellent blender for smoothies; milk shakes, etc Two speeds and pulse. £13 and really easy to rinse out and clean after use.
Just a thought!
