Hi i read an article in a magazine about a woman who went to a monastry in greece because she couldnt have children. She had to walk up loads of stairs and chew a candle. anyway blah blah she then became pregnant and had to go back to the monastry and say a prayer and thanks and her friend also became pregnant after not being able to concieve.

Are there any places like this is the uk.

Are they called fertility shrines or??

dont no if there are any places in the uk but i went past the place in greece whilst i was on holiday and my god there was some stairs its right at the top of a montain! they say about 2000 stairs!

There a hill carving in Cerne Abbas (village in Dorset) that loads of people go to to help them conceive - don't know much more than that though!
