Cannot Print
5 Answers
In the last few days I seem to have lost the ability to print documents from the internet. I'm getting just a Save or Cancel button. Word documents are OK. What am I doing wrong, or why has it changed? Any advice, please?

I've just loaded Chrome (probably for the first time in over a year) and found exactly the same problem. However I then noticed that the ' Destination' box was showing 'Save as pdf'. Clicking on that box, and then on 'See more' allowed me to select my printer. Once I'd done that, the 'Print' button then appeared. Hopefully the same thing will work for you.

How are you trying to print 'documents from the internet'? Are you trying to print web pages directly (using File> Print or Ctrl-P from your web browser). Or are you trying to print files that are accessed through links from web pages (or emails), such as pdf documents? Which web browser are you using?
Sorry, both, it's been a while since I posted here and I'd forgotten what details I needed to give you.
Using a PC, google chrome. Right-clicking on a web page to get the Print option just gives me Save or Cancel. If I Save, it goes into Documents; Open just comes up with an unintelligible list, and right-clicking doesn't give me a Print option. This has never happened before this week.
