i have been so busy working i haven't been to the gym in 3 months!! but i'm thinking of going in the mornings before work, but wondered if i should go on an empty stomach or is it best to eat something before i go? thanks
I too go to the gym first thing (0700 hrs), leaving home at 0615. There is just no way I can eat beforehand, as on the one occasion I tried (a very light meal) I actually felt sick during the session. Although I agree with Ethel's advice, it just doesn't work for me.
