ntsc to pal

Ther are way to convert PAL to NTSC, but I have a region 0 DVD NTSC, one of my dvd players plays it fine, but it is a little jerky. There a programme that I can use to copy this film but copy and convert to PAL? Can dvd shrink, dvd decrypter or NERO do this?

NERO should do it.
If you copy the DVD onto your PC, then try to burn back to DVD, it should come up with a warnig along the lines of "Most of your film is in NTSC mode. Would you like to convert to PAL?"
I'd imagine there's also an option somewhere in the program to do this too, but not sure.
