If There Were A General Election On Oct 14 ?
and a party stood as a remain party and won convincingly with the leave voters spreading their votes across other parties . Would we automatically remain within the EU ? or would there be another referendum with alternative options ?

I'm sure you did :-). However there is no way of knowing without a second referendum and as we have not completed the first, yet, that would clearly be a terrible idea. And as I said, what would be the point in voting again, ever?
