woofgang i'm not sure. I know that there is a new wave of punk that is a bit like that "egirl" and "eboy" style.

It seems that's the new wave
£45 from the Birmingham Silver Company :( Unless you have to sell it, keep it.
Question Author
oh my, what a sorry price.

Yes, best kept i think unless i can privately sell it for the price I feel it's worth
Try eBay - it won't cost a lot to list it
Question Author
Very true! Can always put a min bid on it so it doesn't slip for a price i'm not happy with

As you know HC i'm trying to save some money for another piece of jewellery but i don't want to pay out of pocket, i'd rather try find the money elsewhere.

Oddly.. You could probably make the ring i desire two or three times from the chain i have!

Maybe before i debate listing it.. i should email the maker of the ring to see if he would maybe melt it down, and take the extra silver as payment? Maybe add £20 on top ;)
that's definitely a thought. They will have to source the silver from somewhere.
Your estimate of £60 is a bit over the top as 925 is not fetching £10 an ounce.
Your only hope on ebay is that someone will want it because they like it and pay over the odds for it. Remember ebay and Paypal will want about 15% of what you sell it for. If you still want to sell it, hold onto it for a week or two until the selling fee is only £1.00 for any item, set a reserve on it and see how it goes ?
Or just stick it back in the drawer and leave it there for a few more years.

I guess the worst case scenario is i get no response. Second worst case is the response is "No".
might suit a mayor. You'd just need a silver seal to hang on it
