I am by no means agreeing to what the terrorists are doing as it's just wrong taking other people's lives but I can to a degree see why they're frustrated. For years and years before the main terrorism happened western society have always butted in, in the Arab countries (and a lot of others). Bush being a prime example. Thinking just because he lives in a bigger country, with more money and alledgedly democracy then he can interfere with other countries. As long as it's done in the "name of peace" when we all know it's all financial and oil it comes down to.
How would you like it if you went about your life and someone was constantly there interfering and tapping you on your shoulder? Would you not snap eventually?

There are so many terrible things happening in this world and most because of religion. It would be a much better place to live if there was no such thing as religion.

Happy_face - I'm a christian (of kinds) and bad things have happened to groups of christians in the world at times over the last few years but ,being mostly sound of mind, I have no thoughts of going out and randomly killing various groups of innocent human beings of all ethnic backgound, all religions and all nationalities as surely would have happened if this latest alleged plan had been put into action.
To sympathise with or justify acts of this nature which have already happened or have been planned is as dangerous and foolish as to actually carry them out as it gives some kind of credibility to them.
The pig loving scum sucking fools (may they rot in hell) that perpetrated the tube bombings last year had not spent their lives having anyone "interfering or tapping them on their shoulder" as you put it. They had all grown up in the same society as you and I with all the benefits and priveliges that come with being able to call ourselves British. But one day they decided they were going to go out and slaughter as many people as they can because nasty things were happening to people who happen to be the same religion as themselves thousands of miles away.
You claim that Britain and the USA engage in foreign policy for underhand financial reasons but at least they put a uniform on and stand up and explain why they take the actions they do and can be held accountable for their actions.
Compare this to the terrorist scum who hide among civilians, murder civilians and then claim they are civilians when caught or get killed. (just look at the Lebanon where precision strikes by the Israeli military are being described as murder because the dead are civilians, well of course they are as the Hezbollah halfwits are too cowardly to put a uniform on and be counted as soldiers!)

I may come across as a bit bitter but maybe it's because I'm sitting at home when I should have flown out on the holiday of a lifetime yesterday but got cancelled after the latest plot by these desperate freedom fighters.....I mean British University Students!
