Humax Box Playing Up Again

I recorded Celebrity Chase on ITV at 6.15 pm. Tried to play it and it won't play. On the listing it shows it has recorded the full programme.
This is not the first time this has happened. Any ideas why this happens please.

you could try unplugging it for 5 mins then try again i find this cures most probs ive had with humax. or reset to factory settings make sure you dont press format hard drive though
