30 minutes in a preheated oven at 180 degrees.

Marinade in honey and whole grain mustard for a while before cooking at 200 for about 30 minutes depending on thickness, flip halfway through cooking

Personally I wouldn't roast them at 200 degrees but it does depend a bit on your individual oven.
