There are single misprints in the definitions.
10 across: One may ply (Fly) man in East London without a strong feeling (5) OU?EL - is it ouSel or ouZel?17 across Gorman's in charge here and life is merry (7) the answer is Anfield but I don't know the misprint in Gorman's (I hate football!) 37 across Indication of acid from cheese mostly aged area of crusts? (5) TY??L 39 across Turns out one hat that is turned in (6, 2 words) ON?E??
But my main problem (after loads of googling) is I don't know what the verse is. The words I've got (not sure of some of them) are: before the women (?) severn ? So any hints would be appreciated!
I'm determined to finish this before Santa comes!
