Hi think I have got most of the Christmas Dingbats (or an answer anyway) but this one is driving me mad. No 48 is LUMP over UCASE please help! Thank you

I can (just about) see that it's a bad spelling of plum sauce which could be to do with the Chinese New Year (which is usually end of Jan/early Feb) but there's more to this one and I don't know what and time is slipping by... Any further thought and hints gratefully accepted.
