I had a slight bump in my car - nothing more than cosmetic but the other car and mine were both repaired under my insurance. Does this mean my car is now on a registered list such as HPI and will show up as accident damaged??

no
hi,
the short answer is no,
but it will be on hpi and others like it, if your car is written off either because it is seriously damaged or beyond economical repair,
also on hpi when on finance or until payments have been settled,
and of course if it has been stolen
they can also check the mileage, when previously mot'ed, sold at auction, or serviced

hope that help's
