Non Steam Burn Kettle
8 Answers
I'm on the lookout for a new electric kettle, most importantly it needs to have a handle well away from any possible escaping steam that could burn the hand whilst pouring.
Any suggestions welcome.

Mine is a dualit one litre cordless.... you would need to be a contortionis t to burn the hand holding the kettle

Any one of these will do, depends on your price point and colour options.

My kettle is a side handled one but I still manage burn myself with the steam when I pour.
Conversely, the whistling one on the wood burning stove is a top handled type but no steam burns from that so far.
I think it has a lot to do with individual designs, a handle that is well away from the body of the kettle is less likely to burn the hand.
