Has any independent trials/ studies been done on the above product to compare its viability with similar products

We have roses around the front of our house and the wisdom is that the ground develops "Rose sickness" making it difficult to replace roses which are past their best. We tried replacing a few and the replacements just didn't take. We then tried using Mycorrhizal Rooting Powder when replacing 4 roses and they all survived. Flushed with success we replaced another 2 a couple of years later and they also survived. Not a scientific study but enough to prove to us that it was worth trying again if the need arises.

you really have to explant the soil
mycorhizzal powder cannot be purified so the trials cant really be controlled but they are looking at reponse rates of 90% in the lab.
