Keep those eyes on the road

On numorous TV news and Documentary programmes, one can see the presenter driving a vehicle along the road and periodically taking his eyes off the road to talk into the camera, being held by a person in the passenger seat. How do they get away with it , when it is a criminal offence to even use a mobile phone whilst driving?

I am convinced that the vehicles are actually on the back of a low loader when you see the presenter talk to camera.

Michael Burke is a close second to the ever so smug Alistair Stewart who should know a lot better as he was done for drink driving a few years ago
