That Breitbart stuff is laughable Togo. You should be embarrassed about trying to include it in what's been a fairly sensible debate up to now.
But it's irrelevant to me anyway. I have no particular opinion on Attenborough or desire to defend him. I asked a question specifically to andy-hughes who said something like 'I'm not willing to listen to people who are 16 and inexperienced'.
I simply pointed out that DA says pretty much the same thing as Thunberg on climate change and wanted to know whether he was willing to listen to Attenborough.
Ohh I love good analogy Friction Factory. Particularly the ones that invoke images that mock the righteous. Dellingpole nails Attenborough and the insidious agenda that he has been forced to follow because he is addicted to listening to himself.
Bloody hell - I'm astonished this thread is still going.
I rarely post on climate change threads (we used to call it 'The Weather'), simply because I don't pretend to understand the science. I literally do not have the first clue...but it's nice to know there's so many experts on AB.
Anyway, Greta, I have no idea whether she's right or wrong...what I do know is, she is very bloody annoying.
Notice MWG14. When they have exhausted the prepared script, to no avail, the final resort is insult and slur. These are the people who demand meaningful debate.........but don't really mean that. They just want a long talk where everybody agrees with them and promises to do what they say and then pay for the privilege. Same old same old.....just a different theme.
Says the man who writes stuff like "the insidious agenda that he has been forced to follow because he is addicted to listening to himself" and then whines as soon as he gets the faintest whiff of his own medicine.
