A question for Buenchico please!

All of a sudden I am getting an error message when I try to log in to my gmx account. I use auto log in with my email address and password entered automatically yet the error message tells me the address / password is wrong.
What should I do?

Maybe there's a server error. Give it an hour, say, then retry.

Meanwhile you could always try powering down the computer and router then powering them back up again. You never know your luck.

I'm getting the same, so I'm guesing it's a problem with the GMX site. Just keep trying.

I'm glad that you got it sorted before I saw your question. It's unusual for GMX to go down. (Your report is the first one I've seen in over a decade of recommending their service here on AB). With German efficiency behind it though, I'd never expect any problems to last for long! (GMX is based in Germany, where it's the most popular email provider).
