I brought this up due to a conversation i had the other day. Didnt the solicitor representing the deceased ask where was the lifeguard at the time? Wasnt the pool closed for the season?
If it was why was the pump still in operation?
Usually if pools are closed for the season they are inaccessible and covered by tapaulin.
