Ring your bank. They’ll start an investigation and refund the money
Phone the number on the back of your card.

Amazon again by the looks of it.
It's not Amazon again,is it?

can't ring as I am deaf - could I alert my bank via my online account.
Yes you can do something. You can phone the number on the back of your card.
Get a friend or neighbour to call for you.
Yes log in to your bank on line and send them an email explaining all.
JJ...you say you can't ring but yet you talk about ringing people.

It's the same amount as last time. Get someone else to ring, you only have to present.

I can't Zacs - is this the PrimeTime thingmajig. I have been so careful not to get involved with that.
£79 just happens to be the annual fee for Amazon Prime:
https://www.moneysavingexpert.com/reclaim/amazon-prime-refund/
Then you haven’t been ‘robbed’. You’ve been told, multiple times, that you’ve inadvertently clicked on something to sign up to Prime.
Online chat with Amazon prime but it’s going to get to the point where they are fed up of you signing up for prime by mistake. You should clear Amazon of your card details and put them in each time you make a purchase to stop you from doing this.
I don’t think the payment is for Prime. The reference is Fit360now, a company that sells muscle building supplements
Rockyracoon's answer puts a new slant on it.
^^^ Yes, I tried to make sense of that reference number too. 'Fit360' seems to apply to several companies, although I couldn't find any that looked as if they'd be charging £79 for anything.

I'd not tried 'Fit360now' as a search term though. It now appears likely that either
(a) somebody has managed to use Jennyjoan's card to pay for this product https://www.fit360now.com/product?page=7 or
(b) Jennyjoan (or someone using her card) has accepted the 14-day free trial (just paying £3.95 for postage). If that trial isn't cancelled before the 14 days is up, the customer is then committed to pay £79 for the trial product AND to £79 monthly thereafter. (See 'Terms and Conditions' at the foot of the page).
