Wednesday. The sky is clear and for the first time in weeks there is no wind! Wonderful. :o} I just hope it's warmer too.
I might get the running around done in sunshine. Too much to hope that it will be hot! Yer wee man on the idiot box is just saying no rain here today, but not too warm either. Such is life.

Theland, get some medical help at the stage you seem to be at you need more professional support. I get a real sense of fear and doubt from your posts but almost certainly made worse by the reduced oxygen creating additional stress.
